She loved visiting the beach and spending time with her friends. Mrs. Evans was born August 6, 1942 in Nashville, to the late Hugh David and Lottie Mae Bell. She worked for Third National Bank for many years and as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Ridgetop and several other companies. She started girl’s softball in Ridgetop and was the first commissioner.
